Due to the pandemic, our practices have become overwhelmed by more clients than we may be used to seeing

The overwhelm of clients reaching out may have led you to consider hiring an employee or independent contractor to supplement some of the referrals coming your way

If you are not ready for this type of growth, there are ways to manage this overwhelm without hiring!

Here are some ways you can manage your caseload:

👍 Set a particular number of active clients you will take on at one time so you can monitor your numbers
👍 Hold a waitlist once your caseload exceeds your set number of active clients
👍 Determine a specific number of clients you will see per day of work per week
👍 Network and meet colleagues that you can send referrals if/when your caseload is full
