We are looking for a skilled Fiberglass Technician to fill a full-time/ role with a reputable company in Delaware. Please see below for details and requirements..

Fiber Glass Technician Roles and Responsibilities: · Uses Hand Tools and Machinery to manufacture and manipulate fiberglass parts and molds· Read and follow blueprints to meet the product specifications· Apply Resin and Fiberglass onto the fabricated molds by way of the Hand Layup process·

Physical labor involved· Perform and preventative maintenance on the tools and equipment· Must be able to lift 50lbs

Communicate effectively with everyone within the organization· Maintain a clean and organized workplace· Strive to maintain a safe and rewarding workplace·

Follow all company as well as common sense safety protocols·

Technician Qualifications: · Positive Attitude· Willingness to learn· Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment· Excellent Problem-Solving Skills· Good understanding of English·

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday
Above minimum wage rate to start. PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND SKILL
