The Learning Edge Inc. has been a Canadian-owned and operated business for over 31 years, our story started long before that, in a small coal-mining town called Glace Bay, Nova Scotia.

Our founder grew up in Glace Bay, where community meant everything, hard work was a way of life, and people showed up for each other. That upbringing shaped how we approach our work, with a deep respect for people, a strong sense of purpose, and a belief that leadership is about connection, not just direction.

Today, we are based in Ontario and The Learning Edge continues to carry those East Coast roots, inspired by our Owner . We have had the privilege of working with thousands of leaders and teams across Canada and beyond, each one shaping our journey just as much as we’ve helped shape theirs.
