• Performing IN HOME appliance repairs and installations
• Maintaining & sourcing parts
• Purchasing materials
• Quoting clients for repairs and installation needs

• Using our dispatching program to travel to jobs in a timely manner
• Maintaining company vehicle in working and presentable order
• Walking clients through the installation and service process
• Diagnosing units to find what repairs are required, performing such repairs

Hello Friends and Family!

As most of you know Dowell Equipment Services is my company that was launched almost 5 years ago! In that time we have served thousands upon thousands of wonderful clients from London and surrounding areas! And as growth goes and the world continues to change we have started to launch an “A.I Customer Service Representative” to help us ensure we are there for ALL clients that contact us after hours, weekends or even just in heavy call load times!

By no means will this ever replace our fantastic “Real life humans” who are wonderful and have brought us where we are today, but as times change and we need a little help, we want to pave the way, not be following behind.
