I have been really trying to be more intentional with my time, so that I can keep my priorities in order, and get things done that matter to me , rather than my day being swept away.

As a single mum, one of my priorities is taking care of myself so that I can be the best mother that I can be. Obviously taking care of myself can look like many different things, but today it looked like enjoying an invigorating walk through the park with my mama.

Good morning! Starting my day off right means getting out of bed early, while my girls are still sleeping and enjoying a quiet coffee spending time with my Bible and a beautiful notebook. It’s truly amazing how much this little routine impacts my day!

Though I never planned on, or even imagined being a single mum of twins, I am so proud of how I’ve grown and adapted over these past few years.

Being a mother of twins (though just being a mother) is not for the faint of heart. This season of life is full of challenges and struggles, but it has also made me confident in my ability to rise to a challenge and adapt to my circumstances. I know that rather than just surviving I can thrive, and that’s what 2023 is all about!
