Sargent Solutions is looking for an experienced leader to oversee our Donation Processing Centre in London, Ontario.

This role is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team, support nonprofit clients across North America, and help ensure donations are processed accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional care.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and enjoys balancing people leadership, client relationships, process improvement, and day-to-day operations.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, September 30th, our offices will be closed for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. We honour the Survivors of residential schools, remember the children who never returned home, and reflect on the lasting impacts these institutions have had on Indigenous families, communities, and generations.

Truth and Reconciliation is not a single day of recognition. It is an ongoing commitment to listening, learning, and taking meaningful action. As we wear orange and pause to reflect, we encourage everyone to seek out Indigenous voices, learn from Survivor experiences, and deepen their understanding of Canada's history.

On August 20th, we had the absolute privilege of celebrating 20 years of Sargent Solutions at Bar Volo in Toronto. And what a celebration it was! ❤️ A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this incredible milestone. Having clients, colleagues, friends and members of the Sargent family in the room made the evening truly special.

But 20 years is about so much more than one celebration. To all of our clients, past and present, who have been part of our journey, thank you. Whether you were able to celebrate with us in Toronto or couldn't be there, your trust, partnership and support have helped shape Sargent into the company we are today.
