Much like coffee, brewing tea is a science and the range of flavours that we get from steeping different types of teas at different temperatures and durations is art for our tastebuds. I believe that inherently everyone is a tea lover, you just have to find the flavour for you!!!😋🍵
I'm a black tea person myself so I was drawn to the Earl Grey de la Crème. The fruity, vanilla notes of this tea are incredible on their own but with a splash of cream, the added richness makes it downright fantastic!!!😋
For the green tea fans, I highly recommend the Golden Pineapple!! Mixed with bits of real pineapple, this tea is sweet, fruity, and so so refreshing!!! Add a few ice cubes to make an iced tea and you have a perfect drink for the summer!!!☀️🍍.tea is simply tea-rific!!! 🍵🍵🍵

🌙 Having trouble sleeping? We've all been there. Change of routine, stress, hormones and even eating habits can affect your sleep!
If you're loving your new night-owl life, by all means embrace it! But for many people, it's a major pain in the pants to be lying awake all night and then hitting the snooze button all morning 😣

So if you're looking to "reboot your brain" and get back to what it's supposed to do (that is be assleep at night and active during the day) try and do it naturally. your body will thank you 🙂

☝️It’s also important to note that cutting off screen time at least 1 hour before going to bed will help you to fall asleep sooner and also have a more restful sleep (that includes all screens: television, mobile devices, tablets, etc.) Give it a try...you will be a happier you in the morning 🌞
