Did you know that just in the last year over 44% of teachers said they’re likely to quit and find a different job within the next two years? That according to a recent survey conducted by the Merrimack College. In fact it also noted that only 12% of the teachers surveyed were very satisfied with their jobs compared to 39% just two years ago.
You see the problem is that nowadays teachers are just having to deal with too much in the classroom. From overcrowding, poor follow through on the part of leadership, unrealistic expectations, low pay, and just overall stress, it's a situation that is causing so many teachers to just give up.
