As a member of our team, engineers get to work on diverse projects that tackle challenges directly impacting our community.

Our employee owned, flat organizational structure allows every member of our team is cross trained, expanding opportunities for women and minorities within the engineering industry. V&R is proud to have more than double the national average of women in engineering on our design team and this stays true at an ownership level.

V&R is committed to creating accessible housing in Ontario. We are so proud that we were able to help build the first youth shelter in London with . Youth Opportunities Unlimited (YOU) is a 30-bedroom, housing first youth shelter for at risk youth, ages 18-25 that provides a safe and welcoming place for them to get back on their feet.

Thank you to our friends at Vanderwesten & Rutherford Associates Inc. for supporting the NEW London Children's Museum, under construction at 100 Kellogg!

We're grateful to Vanderwesten & Rutherford Associates Inc. for helping us build a safe space for children to learn, play, and grow. V&R has shown their commitment to the London Children’s Museum for many years, not only helping us move to our new home, but also helping design our current one many years ago. Their continued support ensures hundreds of thousands of children can discover new interests in science, technology, art, history, culture, nature, and maybe even inspire some future engineers! Their $30,000 contribution to the Tree Top exhibit in the Branching Out Gallery will provide families with a welcoming space to create meaningful memories together.
