HAPPY EARTH DAY! 🌎

Last week, some members of the TRY team took part in Londons annual Clean & Green, as well as the 20-Minute Makeover at our own sites. As a recycling company, we understand just how important it is to protect our planet. Every day, we take meaningful steps toward a healthier Earth through large-scale recycling, composting operations, and landfill diversion. But we also advocate for the importance of small, community-driven actions that help make a lasting difference in keeping our planet green.

2026 mulch season is officially underway! After a long winter, our mulch operations are back in full swing, and we couldn’t be more excited. Our team is hard at work transforming disposed raw wood and log materials into high-quality natural wood mulch, helping support a more sustainable circular economy.

Hey London! From March 16 to 20, it’s Waste Collectors Appreciation Week.

If you didn’t know, TRY works closely with the City of London. All of the brown bags of leaf and yard waste you leave at the curb come to us.

A special thank you to all the essential crew members who are part of London’s sanitation services. Your hard work keeps our city running, and we couldn’t do what we do without you.

Happy International Women’s Day to all the hardworking women at TRY. From our operating staff, and scale/wall attendants, to our leadership team, these women are essential to keeping our operations running.

Women make up about 28.6% of Canada’s environmental and clean technology workforce, and their role in advancing sustainability continues to grow. Today we celebrate the women helping move the recycling and environmental sector forward every day.
