ELS and Company Inc. We are a full service land company that works in the Oil, Gas and Storage business in Ontario. We have been in this business for 35 years.

Our firm negotiates with landowners on behalf of Oil Exploration Companies to acquire Mineral Leases and Storage Leases on properties in Southwestern Ontario. Our firm acquires pipeline easements, well site agreements, title curing, title searching, damage settlements and seismic permits. We are a Full Service Land Company.

I just remembered a close call while on a business trip to Calgary. After the accident and I recovered my whits I flipped the driver a $20.00 bill and said quite prophetically, "Here, you are going to need this cause you are about to lose your job in ten minutes." He ran a red light to get to his next fare not seeing the train racing through town. I saw the train and yelled, NOOOOO!
