We had a blast celebrating with the community just a couple weeks ago. Thanks for showing up and sharing in the love London.

We never cease to be amazed by the amazing volunteers that put this event together and the amazing local businesses and organizations that show up for the community. Here's to another 5 years of cultivating inclusive, caring and compassionate community spaces!

As Black History month draws to a close and we approach Black Mental Health Day on March 01st we want to take a moment to acknowledge some of our teachers. If you are looking to decolonize your practice, deepen your understanding of racial trauma, enhance your capacity for multicultral sensitivity, or abolish white supremacy (internally and externally) give them a follow, order their books and seek them out for consultation.

Please note: This post isnt meant to suggest a formal partnership between us and any of these folks, just our admiration for their work. We do formally consult with Shayla, but others we've learned from at a distance through their writing and speaking.

Inclusive of all family orientations and configurations this is a space to celebrate your growing family while helping to prepare your 4-8 year old for a big transition.

These sessions will be held in person in London, ON.
