My name is Jeff Tanner, I create the pens for New Leaf Pen Turning. I sell a wide range of custom made pens including requests for different hardware and material combinations. I started making pens as a hobby, I have always liked nice pens and the thought of creating them from scratch always fascinated me. At first I made pens for myself, family and friends, then I started selling them by request from people seeing my work.

This is the first wood I stabilized and dyed myself, it is a maple burl stabilized with Brilliant Blue.
