We've been making wine here on Springbank Drive in London since 1997. Today in our quaint wee winery we make 10's of thousands of litres of red wine, white wine and rosé using dozens of grape varieties from both fresh juice and superior wine kits. Our products come from around the world. Although much of our business is wine, made on the premises, we sell wine kits and supplies to home winemakers
as well. There are so many grape varieties and wine styles to choose from but our most popular white wines are Pinot Grigio (by far #1), Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer and Chenin Blanc, with popular red wines made on premises being Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Valpolicella and our own blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. This blend is specially proportioned to create a very tasty combination of the three grape varieties and we incorporate a unique oak to compliment the wine. In 2014 we developed a delicious apple cider. It's remarkably similar to a popular commercial Danish cider that we make from fermented apple juice and natural flavouring. Our cider is much less sweet than the commercial cider. Our newest is a Apple/Cranberry Lime that is crisp, dry and refreshing. We've just invested in a Bag-in-box filling machine for those who don't want to tote bottles to the cottage or trailer every weekend. Also new is our lightly carbonated white and rosé wines. Every year we receive a series of Limited Release wines. The newly re-branded Passport Series is available only by pre-order and starts arriving in December through March.
