Owner & Operator of The Emerald Light, Brendan Pippy, asked us to help him revamp the service pass in his kitchen. With the input of the Emerald Light team, we got to work and drew up some plans focusing on ergonomics, maximizing storage, and increasing the speed of service. For the last (3) three years we've been operating out of our warehouse in Lower Sackville, NS. Now we're moving on up! Soon you'll be able to come see what we have in store. AND!
