📣 JOB OPPORTUNITY
>>> Administrative Assistant - Engineering

The Town of Bridgewater is inviting applicants for a full-time/permanent position with our Engineering Department as an Administrative Assistant to submit CV and resume for consideration on or before November 24, 2023.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Working collaboratively as a team, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative, reception, and committee support to the Engineering Office and its sub-departments including Water and Wastewater, Public Works, Parks, Transit, and Facilities departments.

ABOUT YOU
You are the “go-to” person. You are the one in the office who has a natural ability to keep all the pieces of a complex environment moving and on-track (you know exactly where that file is!) and have an uncanny ability to keep your finger on the pulse of what’s happening around you.

You thrive in a lively and team-centred environment and when a colleague or customer comes to you needing support, your response is always “How can I help?” You’ve got excellent communication skills whether you’re writing a letter or answering the phone and when a client walks into the office or picks up that phone a top-notch customer experience is high on your list of priorities. Details delight you and hearing “there’s been a change in plans” doesn’t faze you in the least. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

For details, visit www.bridgewater.ca/jobs.

Love may be one of the leading factors in starting a business.. Love for your craft, providing a service, and/or the feeling of running a successful business all on your own! BUT...
We may not always give ourselves (as entrepreneurs) enough love.
Imposter syndrome, bad experiences, and general life stress can throw us off. But do you know what happens when we drop the ball? It bounces back up! Let's try and give ourselves a little extra love and grace this month.
