BTIERA would like to extend a big and heartfelt congratulations to the Little Tancook MFRs! 💪

Exciting developments from the Little Tancook Medical First Responders! 🚑

Over the last couple of weekends, a number of residents on Little Tancook have come together for Medical First Responder training. Once active, this new organisation will give a vital boost to health emergency responses on the Island, and make this community safer.

Thank you to Greg Down and Mike Lockett at EHS for organising and delivering this training. Plus special thank yous to Anna Hussey for pushing this project forward, and to Lisa Chance for providing accommodation and baked goodies!

🚒 Keep your eyes open, Tancook!
BTIERA's brand-new fundraising signs will be going up in the coming weeks - two at the wharf and one at the entrance to the site of our future fire hall.
You already know the goal: a proper home for our emergency vehicles, allowing them to be easily accessible all year round. These signs (complete with QR codes) are our next step in spreading the word and bringing that goal closer to reality.
Watch for them going up and stay tuned for more details!
