When we started Lyttonnet 20 years ago we envisioned our community owning and operating the critical infrastructure that services our area. On Friday our team helped secure our main control centre and office - clearing brush away and watering the area down - and are also very thankful for BCWS, Lytton FD, LFN and the many other individuals who helped secure the area. One neat fact is when we build our fibre and wireless network in an area we consider how this system will operate if parts of the system are disrupted by a fire or equipment failure - thanks to this proactive model all of our services have remained active in the area - including Siska, Kanaka and Skuppah. This approach allows us to continue offering service when you need it most!

This wind is INSANE broke an antenna mast off our tower - looking as the risks of climbing a 25M tower in this wind we have opted to use a backup set of antennas for the weekend and climb the tower on a less windy day.
