Avalanche control planned in the glacier national park. Highway will be closed tomorrow morning December 15th from Revelstoke to Golden from 3 AM till 11 PM. Watch for Traffic Control and drive safe!!!!

Highway is closed due to a motor vehicle incident from Revelstoke to Golden. Next update will be at 9:30 PM tonight . Drive safe watch for traffic control.

Highway 1 east of Revelstoke closed. We will be shutting down from Revelstoke to Golden from 3 AM to 12 PM tomorrow Wednesday December 18th. We will also be closed west of Revelstoke tomorrow December 18 from 6 AM to 8 AM at three Valley gap. (Clanwilliam-Griffen lake) Avalanche control shoots will be happening on both sides of town so check Drive Bc for updates.
