That’s it! All the sticks have been delivered and camp is on its way back to the yard!

This past weekend we celebrated another successful Log Haul season with a delicious pig roast prepared by chef Zeljko. Huge shoutout to our awesome crew who always go above and beyond. Loaders, graders, drivers, mechanics, road builders, sub-contractors, camp staff, Joey, Mill representatives- Thank you for all of your hard work, we are already excited to get back to our winter home in the fall! 🤝

It’s a sad day for the Northpoint crew as yesterday we said goodbye to our friend Remi Roy from Caraquet, New Brunswick. Remi hauled logs on and off in the Manning area since 1997 working for the Walisser’s, Dennis Vant Erve and eventually finding his way to our crew for the last several seasons. Remi was a trucker through and through who loved any thing that had an engine and especially Kenworth! Thank you Remi for the hard work you did for us throughout the years as well as all the stories and laughs in camp. Condolences to all of Remi’s loved ones, he will be very missed. Rest easy Driver.
