Drainage Rerouting & Pipe Replacement

Another drainage issue caused by roots blocking the existing drain line. 🌱🚧

Instead of simply replacing the damaged section, we rerouted the drainage system and changed the path of the new pipes, avoiding the old route where the problems were occurring.

Not every driveway repair is as simple as adding more gravel🏗️🦺

What looked like a sunken driveway turned into a major excavation once we uncovered the real problem. Hidden beneath the surface were massive logs and tree roots that had been decomposing over time, leaving large underground voids.

We removed enough logs and roots to fill an entire logging truck, then rebuilt the area using 12 dump truck loads of structural fill to restore proper support before rebuilding the driveway.

Sometimes the visible problem is only a symptom. Finding and fixing the root cause is what makes the repair last.

This homeowner contacted us after experiencing two separate basement floods, resulting in costly repairs and restoration work each time.

When we inspected the property, we found several major obstacles:
✔️ An 8-foot-deep perimeter drain.
✔️ A large concrete window well directly in the work area.
✔️ An old concrete septic tank that added an additional unexpected challenge.

Two other contractors told the homeowner that the window couldn’t be saved and would need to be completely replaced.
