“Worried about LinkedIn details in your PR application?

The real danger lies in what IRCC already has on file.

One small inconsistency could cost you 5 years. Before you hit submit — double-check your past.

He had a dream CRS score… but his old company had shut down. No HR, no proper documents. What now?

This client had declared foreign work experience to boost his score. It worked—he got the ITA. But when it came time to prove that experience, everything crumbled:

The company in India had shut down.
No HR contact.
No paystubs.
Just a generic, outdated letter with no real details.
He felt defeated. Embarrassed. Like all his efforts might go to waste.

But here’s the thing: IRCC doesn’t just assess documents—they assess intent, effort, and truth.

So we created a strategy:

Sent a formal email to the company (no reply—but now we had proof of effort).
Found a former colleague willing to write a support letter.
Pulled out every trace of proof: an offer letter, a LinkedIn testimonial from a former manager, old tax slips, bank deposits.
Added a notarized self-declaration outlining all work details.
Wrote a detailed, humble, honest Letter of Explanation, explaining the reality of the situation.
This is what makes or breaks an immigration file—not just paperwork, but your story, told right.

If you’re in a similar situation—don’t panic.
There’s a way. There’s always a way—if you lead with truth and transparency.

We’re here to help you do just that. DM us today. Let’s take it step by step.

Many people confuse creating an Express Entry profile with applying for PR. Here’s a simplified breakdown:

1️⃣ Create your Express Entry profile and enter the pool. (This is NOT applying for PR yet.)

2️⃣ Wait for an Invitation to Apply (ITA)—you need to be selected in a draw.

3️⃣ Apply for PR after receiving your ITA by submitting your complete application to IRCC.

4️⃣ Wait for approval—if approved, you move to the landing process to officially become a permanent resident.

🚨 Important: You are eligible to apply for a Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) only if you have applied for PR—not just by creating an Express Entry profile.

A Case That Tested Every Limit – But Love and Determination Won! 🇨🇦✨
As an immigration consultant, we see many challenging cases, but this one truly tested every aspect of the process. A 23-year-old applicant and a 38-year-old sponsor, a mother of two, came to us with their dream of building a life together in Canada.

💔 Challenges Stacked Against Them:
🚧 Different nationality, culture, and religion – raising concerns about relationship genuineness
🚧 Sponsor’s financial struggles – rebuilding her life after escaping a war-torn country
🚧 Two teenage children – adding complexity to the sponsorship process

💡 The Key to Success? Relentless Dedication!
✔️ We built an ironclad case proving their 100% genuine relationship
✔️ We highlighted the sponsor’s resilience, sacrifices, and determination
✔️ We anticipated every possible roadblock to ensure ZERO delays

📜 RESULT? APPROVED – NO ADRs, NO EXTRA REQUESTS! ✅✉️

Immigration is never just about paperwork. It’s about real people, real struggles, and real stories. This case reminds us that with the right expertise, even the toughest obstacles can be overcome.
