๐จ๐ฆ New Express Entry update today, October 16, 2026!
Starting November 3, you may qualify for:

Up to 70 extra CRS points if you have at least one year of qualifying Canadian work experience in an eligible high wage occupation.
โ
Up to 100 CRS points through a qualifying job offer, with no LMIA required.
๐ You wonโt get both amounts added together. IRCC will compare your total Canadian work experience points with your qualifying job offer points and give you whichever is higher.
And โhigh wageโ refers to your occupationโs classification on IRCCโs list, not how much you personally earn.
If you have Canadian work experience or a job offer, take a look at the occupation list and check that your Express Entry profile is up to date. More points can help, but they donโt guarantee an invitation.
