Good afternoon & Hello from the Fire+ Kost Team!
We’re Still Open for Business in Southern Alberta!
We’re excited to share an update with you about how we’ll continue serving our customers across Medicine Hat, Lethbridge and Brooks.
What’s changing?
Our main office and headquarters will now be based in Medicine Hat, with our mobile technicians continuing to provide service throughout Lethbridge, Brooks, and the surrounding areas.
The biggest change for our Lethbridge customers is simply that we will no longer have a physical office location to walk into Lethbridge.
What’s not changing?
Our commitment to you.
You can continue to count on us for the same great service, experienced technicians, inspections, repairs, parts, safety and support you’ve come to expect from Fire+ and Kost Fire. Our technicians will be on the road and available to service both our existing customers and new customers throughout the region.
In other words, we’re not leaving Lethbridge — we’re changing the way we serve it.
Our team will be reaching out over the coming weeks to say hello, check in with you, and help get your next service scheduled.
