This is why I charge deposits. I engraved these ENTIRELY BY HAND. ANYONE can say they are not 100 percent happy to get away with not paying full price. Customer recently ordered these. Got texts saying she liked the anniversary ones but not sure on the happy birthday/retirement one. I recieved a $75 non refundable deposit to cover the cost of the liquor ($50) and glasses. After driving 2 hours to Wpg so she could « look »at them she said said wasn’t 100 percent happy and didn’t want to pay full price. She wanted them for the $75 she already paid. When I said no, she offered an additional $25 for just the anniversary ones. Long story short I gave her $25 off the original price in the end for everything but she was insisting that why should she pay full price for something she wasn’t happy with BUT SHE STILL WANTED them for a fraction of the cost instead of what was agreed upon. Her total price ended up being $75 for the supplies and $50 for the engraving. Don’t believe she wants to pay that. Am I being unreasonable
