For those of you that know what I do or a living, I wanted to share the latest transparency from our CEO, illustrating the growth trajectory for LegalShield. This will give you some insight as to why I'm so stinking excited about the future.

"June was a erful month. We protected over 45,000 lives; the best June since 2007. Through the 1st five months of the year we have protected over 250,000 families, and that is the highest 1st six-month total since 2010. 2nd quarter production was up 9.8% over 1st quarter, and 33.2% over 2nd quarter 2015.

Recruiting increased 32% increase over May. Not only was recruiting elevated, but we also had 710 Fast Start qualifiers in last month, which is the highest one-month total since November 2011. Year to date, we have saved 40% more members than in 2015. Comparing the current Last Twelve Months (LTM) period to the 2015 LTM, cancels are up only 0.1% while production is up 27.4%.

We ended June with nearly 15,000 Net Additions to our Membership, the highest June since 2002. Year to date we’ve added nearly 60,000 to the membership base, which is also the largest 1st six-month total since 2005. During the last twelve months we’ve generated almost 130,000 Net Additions to our membership…this is a 500% increase over the LTM 2015 period! This is the highest 12-month total since 2002.

June 2016 is the 16th consecutive month of Net Growth and, dating back to June 2014, we have achieved Net Growth 23 out of the last 25 months. Our active member base is now 1,560,000, the highest since November 2008 and we are rapidly approaching our all-time high."

Member Story of the Day - Being Responsible:

"I recently spoke with a friend about an unfortunate situation. A young couple with 3 children lost their lives while on vacation to celebrate their anniversary. Fortunately, they were members of LegalShield and had taken the time to have their Will prepared. After their deaths, when their next of kin were notified, so was Child Protective Services. The 3 children were staying with grandparents while their parents were on vacation, and CPS took the kids from their grandparents -- they WERE IN FOSTER HOMES FOR 2 WEEKS. In the interim, the grandparents found the Will, presented it to CPS, and got the children back into their custody. It was quite an ordeal for all involved, but the grandmother stated that had the Will not been in place, there was a good chance they would have lost the children entirely because their 2 bedroom apartment was not 'suitable'. The grandparents have since become members of LegalShield themselves and purchased a home to raise their grandchildren in. This grandmother shared that her daughter was only 24 and wasn't initially interested in LegalShield -- she didn't think she needed it, but enrolled anyway after a few months. Thankfully, her daughter had their Will prepared, and her son-in-law also got help with a Driver's License issue, so they felt they got value. But, then, tragedy occurred. Thankfully these young children won't be separated from their family or each other because their parents were not prepared."

2. Write down your single biggest dream or vision for yourself and your life! I don't care how wild or ambitious it is... get it down and write it out with absolute passion and conviction.

3. Focus on what it would feel like to achieve it and make it real until that song finishes.

4. Put your running shoes on & your exercise gear and get outside and run like no one or nothing can stop you... run like you're about to take off and fly... push yourself and give it everything you've got.

5. Look in the mirror, smile and say out loud and with absolute faith I AM GOING TO MAKE IT, NO ONE OR NOTHING CAN STOP ME NOW AND I WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE MY DREAMS - MY REALITY!

Member Story of the Day - Never Alone:

"My story is actually very short. 5 1/2 years ago when I joined LegalShield, my wife told me not only don't talk about the company with her, but not to even say the name of the company to her. Two months later, she got a speeding ticket, and on the same day she got a bill from Proactiv Solution for a second shipment of product that she had sent back to the company & they claimed not to have received. When I told her to call the law firm because we had this new "legal stuff," she thought I was crazy for insisting that she call an attorney for a $45 issue. However, she called. Not only did she have two lawyers on that day, one for traffic & another for the dispute, the bill was wiped clean and she became a believer. She is now my co-associate and one of my biggest fans. Member Story of the day - Hand Delivered (My Personal Story):

"I was leasing a new car and wanted custom rims. The dealer said to go down the street and buy them for less then bring back the invoice so they could include it in my financing and reimburse me for my expense within 48 hours of finalizing the lease. I signed their special form and took my new car home. A week goes by with no reimbursement check. I call the dealer. Two weeks go by. I call them again. Still NO check. By the third week of NO 'check in the mail' I felt I'd given the dealer ample time to do the right thing, so I called my Oregon Provider Law Firm on a Friday morning, told them the situation and faxed them the document I'd signed for the 48 hour reimbursement. My lawyer said, "You can relax now, it's Friday. Enjoy your weekend. We will take over from here." Three hours later there was a knock on my door - it was a courier delivering me a check from the dealership for $510 and apologizing for any inconvenience they may have caused me. I don't know exactly what the attorney said to the dealership that day when they called on my behalf, but I often dream about it at night. I've lost count how many times I've used my LegalShield membership. Thank you for all you do and for being the best dollar value my family owns."

Member Story of the Day - Countless ways:

“I had heard of LegalShield in the past, and to be honest, presumed it was another one of those companies that makes its money by people never actually having to use their services. Well boy was I wrong. After already spending close to $25,000 in court/lawyer fees, when I was approached by J, I knew that LegalShield may have something to offer me. However, I had no idea how often I would need them. I have received more than my money's worth from LegalShield but more importantly, I appreciate everything they have been able to help me through.

To list a few things LegalShield has helped me through in the last year alone:
- helping me through legal documents in order to change a current final order.

Member Story of the Day - Credit Card Processing:

“A restaurant owner who was promised a certain rate on his merchant card machine so he signed a 4-year contract because it was a good rate.

A few months later, the rate started creeping up. he wasted hours upon hours and spent months trying to get them to fix it every time the rate went up, nothing… but he's stuck with a contract and afraid of a hefty termination fee.

Not knowing what else to do he enrolls for a LegalShield Small Business Plan. He called his Provider law firm, who wrote a 3-page letter to the merchant card provider. A few days later he receives a phone call from district area manager to schedule a time to meet with him in person. After the meeting the district area manager closed it with "I have no idea how this issue got this far but we will make it right and allow you to get out of our contract without penalties. we calculated all the overcharges therefore we will be sending you a check in the amount of over $6,000!"

Member Story of the Day - Immigration:

"Before LegalShield I was quoted $2000 in Salem Oregon for an attorney to handle my case (she charged me $100 to tell me that and say she thought I had a reasonable case.) A week later a retired sheriff introduced me to LegalShield and I thought I'd see what LS can do. They didn't have an in-house immigration specialist so they referred me to one who had 30 years experience and whose offices were closest to the immigration office in Portland OR. I consulted with him and he went through everything with me over a 45 minute call (no cost to me.) He then said he thought what I needed was my documentation review which amounted to 162 pages and said he would do it for $300 reduced from $400. I said yes and met with him for 2.5 hours to go over the papers. He left no stone unturned, corrected everything, gave me a list of documents I MUST have and even corrected my capitalization! He said as I left you will probably hear in 9-11months from now. About 10 weeks later I received a letter to come in for final interview. I was scared! I remember the echo of my feet as my wife and I walked down the marble floor corridor to the office of the investigating officer. We sat down, across the desk from her and these were her first words "Mr and Mrs B. I have to tell you that my back office has examined your application and told me that it is so perfect that we don't have a single question to ask you - please would you show us your wedding photos" My wife handed over the photos and they talked for minute or two about this and that and then she looked at me and said "Welcome to America Mr B!" I knew at that very moment I would be a LegalShield member for life. I saw the power of the service in real time."
