Reflections of a half-century life:
-age is just a number, so keep doing what makes you happy
-health is wealth, take care of it
-kindness is always possible
-gratitude is a powerful thing
-love yourself so you can love others
-take care of your relationships, be it family, friends, community
-volunteer, it gives you a sense of purpose
-create memories, YOLO!
-don’t sweat the small stuff- I will try harder!
-think positive, there should be no room for negativity
-peace of mind for a happy 🫶🏼
-life begins afresh everyday, embrace it and experience it
I love my life and must say that turning 50 has been wonderful. I look forward to what is yet to come!
