BYD Coaching provides leadership and personal development and coaching services. Leadership and personal development begins with knowing who you are at your core - the way you work with others, what you believe, what you value - your authentic self. These things can be discovered through the coaching process or through completing assessments at the start. The direction in which you want to develop

sets your current destination be it the place you want to be next, or maybe where you want to be in 5 years from now - it's your agenda, the change you want to make, the challenge you want to work through. Coaching and support over time allow you to implement changes, practice them, get feedback, adjust and move in the direction of who you could be - you do the work to get yourself there with your coach by your side. The really cool thing is that during the process you discover more of yourself and become more intentional about what you will do! BYD Coaching also provides these services to organizations to develop their leaders, their teams. Groups of like minded professionals also benefit from group coaching where individuals tackle their own challenges in a group setting. Learning and development in this setting is a shared process.

I recently underwent an in-depth brand discovery process with Lab Creative and it helped to clarify so much about what I do best. It also helped how to leverage my skills, capture my “why” and incorporate my personality into a brand that would resonate with my coaching and leadership clients.

Hi Everyone, for all of you who have supported BYD Coaching, I want to say thank-you very much! Over the last few months I have worked to get clear on what my coaching work means to me and to get very clear on where I want to take it! 🤔 The result of that work is Bearing. This is my invitation to you to now follow Bearing and come with me on this exciting journey!

Through Bearing, I work with companies and organizations who want and are ready to grow by investing in and developing their people. I help these companies and organizations avoid losing momentum when great people leave. I also help them avoid having to fill a leadership role with a warm body. And, I work, from the inside out to navigate success.
