In Memoriam: The Reverend Father Leon Creamer

The Reverend Father Leon William Creamer passed over into eternal life on March 9, 2025, at the age of 90.

Father Creamer served the Parish of Saint Michael the Archangel in 1960-1961, 1965 – 1969, 1971-1975, and 1987-1991. Retired since 2002, Father Creamer continued concelebrating Mass at the Basilica until his recent hospitalization.

Visitation: 2-4 and 7-9pm Saturday March 15 at Adams Funeral Home 140 King Street Miramichi.

Vespers: 7pm Sunday March 16 at Saint Michael’s Basilica.

Funeral Mass: 11am Monday March 17 at Saint Michael’s Basilica, with Bishop Christian Riesbeck, CC, presiding.

Requiem æternam dona ei, Domine
