🚨 Beware of Scammers: Protect Your Page! 🚨
Hey there, awesome community! 👋
We're here to keep you in the loop about an ongoing scam that's been making the rounds lately. Scammers are getting creative, but we're even smarter! Here's the deal:
📸 Photo Album: Fake Messages Exposed! Check the photos
🚫 The Scam: They pretend to be from "Meta" (formerly Facebook) and drop you a message saying your page is restricted. They might even throw in some official-looking graphics to make it seem legit.
❌ The Reality: Meta will NEVER message you on Messenger regarding page restrictions or account issues. Got that? NEVER. Legitimate issues will always be highlighted in your account quality and delivered through a proper email with your username included.
🔍 How to Handle It:
Don't Panic: Take a deep breath and remember that scammers feed on panic.
Check the User: Hover over their name/profile to check if it's genuinely from Meta. Spoiler alert: It won't be.
Report and Spam: Click on "Report" for the conversation and mark it as spam. Let's give those scammers what they deserve – a one-way ticket to the spam folder.
Spread the Word: Share this post with your friends and family. Together, we can stop these scams in their tracks!

We want to share with you this common, issue we notice when we are running Facebook™ Ads, is very usual that you will start receiving this SPAM messages from fake accounts, like if they are Facebook™ and they want you to contact them to solve a supposed issue with your ads or ad account. How to identify a real email from Facebook™ when you are running ads from a spam?
Very simple, Always, always, always, before going and click on any link in that email.
1. Look at the sender and click on it, so you can read the real sender. If is a long, weird email name is not real.
2. If is not real, just erase it and send it to spam. Do not click on any link.
3. If looking at the sender email address, looks real. Before click on any link! Go to your business Ad account profile and check your Account Quality. Any real issues with your Ads or your account will show there.
4. If is a real email and you see the problem in the Account Quality. Right there you will see the options to contact Facebook™ to solve the problem. Follow their steps.
