What is Expected?
• You will be primarily responsible for providing enhanced support to the implementation team and clients.
• Communicating with business teams to determine their requirements, coordinating with IT, QA, and project teams for the implementation.
Job Responsibility:
• Hold JAD sessions with business and IT development teams to enhance and assess solutions across different systems.
• Meet with different application teams to solve and design project requirements
• Documented business processes, streams, and flows, and designed the business model for the delivery process
• Hold update meetings with the team and address any issues blocking delivery.
• Participates in QA processes; identifies test cases; explains complex processes; aids in developing test plans
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in the field of computer science, statistics, mathematics, etc.,
• 6 + years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Have proficiency in IT SDLC and application management and an understanding of the frameworks of successful project management and agile development.
• Should have excellent communication skills (verbal/written/presentation).
• Experience in Digital technologies is required.

· Experience in Health/Pharma domain will be a big asset.

Job Responsibility:

· Create automated reports and arrangement of accommodation information standard bundles.

· Supporting statistical programming exercises for multiple and/or large/complex drug/vaccine clinical projects.

· Improvement and ex*****on of statistical analysis and detailing expectations (for example wellbeing and viability examination datasets, tables, postings, figures),

· Plan and upkeep of measurable datasets that help different stakeholder groups.

· Effective analysis and report programming advancement and approval using worldwide and TA standards and following departmental SOPs and great programming rehearse.

· Planning and creating complex programming algorithms.

· Comprehending analysis plans which might portray techniques to be programmed, an understanding of statistical terminology and concepts.

· Utilizing expertise in CDISC and ADaM norms.

· Advanced/Post Processed Datasets (individual or incorporated).

· ADaM datasets (individual or incorporated)

· Protocol and therapeutic region explicit tables, postings, and figures (individual or coordinated).

· Programming documentation following SOPs.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in the field of computer science, statistics, mathematics, etc.,

· 10 + years of experience in SAS programming assisting clinical trials in pharmaceutical & biotech industries.

· Must have 5 years of leading experience

· 3+ years of experience in Oncology studies.

· High knowledge in QCing and verifying work of programmers from the outsourced work.

· Exceptional skills in SAS data manipulation, analysis & reporting skills with strong output coding experience.

· Keen expertise in the implementation of the latest CDISC SDTM / ADaM standards.

· Knowledge of drug development life cycle and experience with the manipulation, analysis, and reporting of clinical trials’ data.

· Experience submitting using Defin.xml and other submitted documents.

Technical skills:

· SAS programming

· QCing
