In this position you would be working in a retail location with new and existing customers; you would be responsible for presenting and selling our client's products and services in order to drive company revenue and increase brand name loyalty.

Role of an Entry Level Sales and Marketing Trainee:

* Welcome and identify customer needs
* Answer any customer questions regarding client products and services
* Offer sales presentations to increase new customer acquisition
* Enter and process customer orders
* Take care of account upgrades for existing customers
* Investigate and resolve any customer complaints

In this position, you will be the be the key to connecting our client and their customers to today's emerging technology in the telecom, wireless, and cable industries.

What we need you to do...

* Support our retail division and customers by working closely with our clients and marketing directors.
* Help drive sales, increase name brand recognition, and consumer loyalty.
* Represent our clients and respond to new and existing customer queries.
* Provide customer guidance and assistance on LBS's client products and services, pricing, and general issues.
* Support smooth sales transactions and ensure customers complete understanding of service/product agreements.
* Communicate with the sales operations team on a weekly basis to solidify continual growth within the retail division.
* Submit customer service agreements and keep a record of sales trends.
* Work closely with different team members to master and fine-tune sales skills.
* Assist customers in setting up new service accounts and finalizing the installation process.
