Job Description:
As a Freelance Staffing Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and identify the best candidates to fulfill their project needs. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about building relationships with both clients and freelancers.
Responsibilities:
▪️Source and recruit talent through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
▪️Screen resumes, portfolios, and work samples to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific projects.
▪️Conduct virtual interviews and skills assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and fit for client projects.
▪️Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
▪️Match talent with suitable project opportunities based on their skills, experience, and availability.
▪️Negotiate contract terms, rates, and project scopes with both clients and freelancers.
▪️Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for talent, including paperwork, orientation, and project-specific training.
▪️Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of talent, client requirements, and project assignments.
▪️Provide exceptional customer service to clients and freelancers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
▪️Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in freelance staffing and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
▪️Proven experience in staffing, talent acquisition, or recruitment role.
▪️Strong understanding of the industry, including online platforms, market trends, and best practices.
▪️Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
▪️Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, resources, and colleagues.
▪️Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
▪️Proficiency in online recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office suite.
▪️Knowledge of contract negotiation, legal compliance, and employment laws related to freelancing.
▪️Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
