After successfully assisting those who preregistered for Hajj 2024, we are once again opening early preregistration to ensure a seamless and spiritually enriching journey to the Holy Land.

Effective immediately, we have implemented a new system that requires all orders to be paid for via credit card prior to shipment. In order to facilitate this transition, we kindly request that all outstanding balances be cleared before any new orders can be shipped.

We regret to inform you that all orders currently in our pipeline will be put on hold until payment has been received. This is necessary to ensure that we are able to provide you with the highest level of service and to maintain the integrity of our financial systems.

1. Order Processing
• Print all orders as FIRST IN FIRST OUT.
• Print Coversheet, Product Labels & Box Label for all orders.
• Manage Pickup & Client Orders/VA simultaneously.
• Add packed orders
• Update ‘Order Status’ file regularly.

2. Client Management
• Keep record of customer orders and update their respective Excel files.
• Respond to customer queries and update about their orders.

3. Payroll
• Update employee hours on regular basis.

4. Production/Inventory Management
• Assign tasks to the team to speed up the production process.
• Plan and place order for printing papers, printing rolls, inks etc. ahead of time.
• Assist the team whenever required.

5. Invoicing
• Update cost of all orders on Client’s respective Excel file.
• Create invoice on QuickBooks for all orders.
• Give regular reminders to customers for unpaid invoices.
• Receive payments & maintain record of all receivables.
• Update cost of all orders
