It is with great pride that we announce Sudhanshu Shekhar as our 2025 Employee of the Year.

Throughout 2025, Sudhanshu consistently demonstrated an ability to adapt to new environments and challenges with professionalism and confidence. From supporting leadership and team coordination at King’s Plate, to creating a strong and lasting presence at Grand Harbour, his impact has been felt by clients, colleagues, and leadership alike. During a critical transition period at Newport, Sudhanshu provided stability and supervision when it mattered most, ensuring service standards never wavered. Most recently, his appointment to Applewood Landmark reflects the trust placed in him to represent Pennine at one of our key locations.
What truly sets Sudhanshu apart is his mindset. He does not seek out the easiest assignment—he steps into the ones that matter most. He brings reliability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to excellence wherever he is placed. No matter the challenge, Sudhanshu shows up ready, focused, and determined to deliver his best.
