Our latest project - coming soon to East Toronto!

This project takes 3 single-family home lots in East Toronto and converts them into 8 - 2 bedroom apartments on a major thoroughfare - another example of soft intensification that will allow for 24 units where 3 used to be. Soft intensification (or "gentle density") along main streets increases housing unit counts through infill along this major East Toronto artery. Our proposal seamlessly integrates new density into the existing neighborhood fabric by focusing on human-scaled design and street-level activation, without requiring massive high-rise developments.

Is it time for an update to your home’s interior or exterior? This is our most recent interior renovation and addition project in Mississauga completed for a client that wanted to update the look of their house. We worked closely with the homeowner to come up with a design that compliments the existing shape and form of the house. The result is the transformation of a traditional brick house to a transitional style with multiple exterior materials to create visual interest!

Introducing our new fourplex build and laneway suite in a highly desirable part of Toronto - just steps from Trinity Bellwoods Park! This building will encompass 5 total units, including 2-two-bed units and 3-three-bed units.

A very tight property required creative design solutions and an application to the COA for minor variances, and the committee considered the proposal a valuable addition to the neighborhood in providing affordable units to an area with many young renters. The result is a uniquely designed, 3-storey multi-unit housing solution, providing much-needed medium-density housing to the city!
