This impressive beef barn project is currently in progress, and we’re proud to be handling the concrete work. It’s a large-scale job that has taken a lot of planning, hard work, and teamwork to bring together.

We appreciate the opportunity to be part of projects like this and look forward to sharing more updates as the work continues.

Summer Concrete Care Tips from Shean Concrete & Construction ☀️

Concrete may be tough — but it still needs care, especially in the heat! Here’s how to protect your investment this summer:

✅ Seal It Up – Applying a high-quality sealer helps protect against sun damage, water, and stains. Reseal every 2–3 years for best results.

🚫 Avoid De-Icers – If you’re storing de-icing products, keep them off your concrete surfaces — they can cause surface damage over time.

💦 Keep It Cool – Water your concrete lightly on extremely hot days to reduce surface cracking and stress from high temps.

🧹 Keep It Clean – Sweep regularly and rinse off spills to prevent stains and buildup.

🚗 Watch the Weight – Avoid heavy vehicles or equipment on freshly poured or younger concrete (under 30 days).
