Job Title: Administrative & Operations Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Administrative &
Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in
English, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work efficiently
under pressure. This role involves a variety of tasks to support daily
operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

Manage
and organize inventory/stock
Create
and maintain schedules
Answer
and direct phone calls
Provide
excellent customer service
Assist
with general administrative tasks
Maintain
a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

Fluent
in English
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
Highly
organized and detail-oriented
Ability
to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Available
to work Monday to Friday, 5 days a week

Compensation:

Based on Experience
Monday
to Friday / 8:30 to 5:00

This last job was a blast—literally! 🧨💥We installed our 1000th Thermal camera, but this one was extra special. We’re now helping monitor explosives to prevent unauthorized intrusions and keep an eye on potential hotspots using the thermometry. It’s not every day you get to help your partners in such a unique way. I guess you could say business is booming, but our clients are not!💥
