On May 22, 2025, I had the privilege of representing the Lebanese Canadian Association of the North (LCAN) at a distinguished ceremony in Montreal, where we honored Dr. Walid Hadid with the Canadian Royal Medal of Merit issued in the name of His Majesty King Charles III, and recognized MP Fayçal El-Khoury as Honorary President of LCAN. My speech and role in the event were featured in several Arabic media outlets.

I’m incredibly proud to share that my chapter,
“Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resource Management, and International Immigration Law: Addressing Current Issues in Global Workforce Management”, has just been published in the newly released academic book:
"Current Issues and Research in Management", edited by Dr. Dominic McLoughlin.

In this chapter, I introduce the Dynamic Synergy Model (DSM); to help organizations ethically and strategically integrate CSR, HRM, and immigration law for sustainable global workforce management.

The model is supported by real-world case studies from IKEA, Starbucks, and Accenture, and offers a roadmap for ethical leadership in today's interconnected world.

I’m sincerely grateful to Dr. Dominic McLoughlin for the opportunity to contribute to this important volume and for his continued support throughout the publishing process.
