At Conexa, our mission is to help entrepreneurs from around the world immigrate to Montreal.
This is why the project was created jointly by experienced entrepreneurs and specialized lawyers. Michaël, Thierry and Jérôme, the founders, are convinced that entrepreneurs need specific support, both for their immigration and their business, and that immigrant entrepreneurs achieve great things once they are settled here.
Conexa is a young project (created in February 2020) and is growing fast. We are a team of enthusiasts who are constantly seeking to satisfy our customers by guaranteeing an exemplary level of quality.
As the company is growing fast, we are looking for a new person who likes the idea of contributing to and growing with a project in full swing, to help us mainly with the drafting of business plans, the support of our clients and legal advice
The tasks
- Assemble the information needed to complete the immigration forms and write the immigration files of the entrepreneurs
- Assist the lawyers in filing the immigration files with the Ministry
- Write business plans in collaboration with the entrepreneurial team
- Accompanying candidates until they sign, in conjunction with the lawyers
- Accompanying clients in designing their business model and writing their business plans
- Shaping and implementing the communication strategy: writing, social networks, partnerships
What kind of profile do you need?
- An organised character, able to manage multiple tasks and files in parallel
- Strong writing skills, to structure complete business plans and develop concepts around initial ideas
- A background in numbers and management, to understand business plans, financial statements and accounting
- A strong ability to structure one's own work independently and that of others (contractors, employees, interns)
- Ability to use or learn IT tools: Google, Trello, Slack...
- Professional English and fluent French required
- Experience in the field of immigration is required
- Experience in writing is a plus
