Nagarro, a technology solutions provider headquartered in Hanover, Germany, announced this week that is has entered into a new partnership with Nokia for ‘Factory in a Box 2.0’. First announced in 2017, Nokia’s ‘Factory in a Box’ solution is a disruptive new project to provide modular and flexible production in a mobile, demand-centric way. According to the company, “the idea is to support Industry 4.0 / Supply Chain 4.0 agile, modular and flexible production wherever needed.” Housed in a shipping container, the ‘Factory in a Box’ can provide manufacturing solutions such as 3D advanced manufacturing, robotics and augmented reality. Walmart Inc and logistics firm Deliv pulled the plug on a key same-day grocery delivery partnership, dealing a setback in the retailer’s race against rival Amazon.com Inc to deliver groceries to customers’ homes. The Kroger Co. announced on Monday that it was teaming with Microsoft to help create the grocery store of the future with digital shelves, price tags and advertisements.
