well..
in my defence 🤣

Couldn’t sleep on the plane…
so I decided to work 😄✈️

Not because I had to.

But because I know myself.

After vacations, I naturally slow down…
rest, recharge, and soak in all the memories and emotions.

So instead of wasting those hours awake on the flight,
I used them well.

Planned.
Executed.
Handled what needed to be done.

And honestly?

That bought me more rest afterward.

Invest now… rest later 😄

And that’s one of the things we love most about this business.

It’s simple enough to do from anywhere…
without feeling trapped by it.

So today — Monday — I’m resting 🤍

Now if only there was a system for the post-vacation laundry too… 🤣

But that’s tomorrow Marina’s problem 😁

وأنا صغيرة…

كنت بمشي ورا ماما في كل حته زي ضلها.

عشان كنت عايزه افضل لازقة فيها
واحكيلها كل تفصيله في يومي

لأنها حبيبتي كانت دايمًا مرهقة.

شغل…
مسؤوليات…
طلبات الحياة اللي ما بتخلصش.

وفاكرة إني وأنا طفلة
كنت بتمنى أوقات
لو عندها طاقة أكتر شوية…

لنفسها،
ولينا.

مش فارقلي بجد اكل وشرب
فارقلي قعده حلوه معاها
ولحظة connection حقيقية

لكني حتى وانا طفله كنت مقدرة ومش زعلانه 🤍

وده واحد من الأسباب
اللي مخلية البيزنس ده قريب جدًا لقلبي النهارده.

مش بس عشان الأم تستحق
تعيش وهي مش مستنزفة طول الوقت.

تستحق يبقى عندها مساحة تتنفس…
وطاقة تعيش بيها مع ولادها
مش بس تنجو من اليوم بالعافية.

لكن كمان
عشان كل طفل انهارده بيلف ورا مامته من حبه فيها
مامته تقدر تسيب كل حاجة وتقعد معاه وتستمتع بيه
من غير توتر
او قلق
او تأنيب ضمير
او شيل الهم بسبب اللي وراها
ولازم يخلص

كل سنة وكل أم طيبة 🤍

للستات اللي شايلين كتير…
وبيحاولوا يوازنوا الدنيا كلها فوق طاقتهم.

One of our favorite things about building this business…

is that it doesn’t need us every second to survive.

When you build things on systems and automation,
it becomes low maintenance.

That’s how life and work stop fighting each other.

And honestly…

being a business owner was never just a title for us.

It became part of our life.

Just like being a friend,
a son,
a daughter,
a partner,
a parent…

You don’t completely turn those things off while on vacation.

You slow down.
You become more present for yourself.
But they’re still part of you.

So yes…
we disconnected, rested, enjoyed Mexico fully.

And at the same time,
we checked on things calmly here and there.

Not because we had to.

Because we built something that works with our life…
not against it.

People kept telling us:

“Drop work and enjoy your vacation.”

And honestly…
we get it.

Because when work drains you,
the only thing you want is to disconnect 🔌

We used to feel that deeply in corporate life.

Disconnect from emails.
From pressure.
From stress.

But this trip made us realize something…

When you know you can come back again,
the panic to “soak every moment before it ends” changes.

You stop rushing enjoyment.

You stop feeling like this is your only escape from reality.

And you start actually resting.

Actually enjoying.

Not because life became perfect…
but because it no longer feels like something you constantly need to run away from.

Once you get to taste this feeling,
you won’t ever stop! 😊
