✴️ Award: $1,000 each (up to 3 recipients)

➡️ Eligibility: Ethiopian and Eritrean Canadians in post-secondary education navigating mental health or addiction challenges.
​What we are looking for: Resilience, academic drive, and a passion for mental health awareness.

​⏰ Deadline: November 9, 2026

​📝 What You Need to Apply:
✅️ ​Proof of Enrollment: A copy of your acceptance letter, student ID, class schedule, or any official document confirming you are attending a post-secondary institution.

✅️ ​Personal Statement (250–500 words): Share your story! Tell them about your journey, the setbacks you’ve faced, the resilience and hope that keep you going, and any support systems or strategies that have helped you succeed. (Only something you're comfortable sharing)

✅️ ​One Reference: Someone who can speak to your character and resilience (e.g., a teacher, mentor, counselor, employer, or community leader).
