Ever since I was born, you were my mama, my best friend and my angel. On this first day of spring, we celebrate Mother's Day in Lebanon 🇱🇧, may God always bless me with your company and keep you in good health my sweet mama and Happy Mother's Day, to all moms.

I also want to celebrate every woman who nurtures, protects, and loves unconditionally, whether she gave birth or not. To the big sisters who step into a mother’s role, the caregivers, the aunts, the teachers, and every woman whose heart gives endlessly. Moreover, I want to mention all the women who carry love in their hearts for a child they hold in spirit, your motherhood is real, your love is deep, and you are seen and honored today. You make the world softer, stronger, and more beautiful, and to that, I'm forever thankful ❤️

Whether I’m pushing through a tough workout, tackling a new business challenge, stepping outside my comfort zone, or showing up the ons who depend on me, this reminder keeps me going.

Growth isn’t always comfortable. Playing it safe for the sake of comfort may feel easier in the moment, but it keeps us stuck. The true cost isn’t the effort, it’s the regret of not trying, of not showing up fully, of leaving things unsaid or undone.

Building a life I’m proud of, means doing the hard things first. It means showing up even when it’s uncomfortable, choosing discipline over doubt, action over comfort, and progress over perfection.

Here’s to embracing the challenges that shape us, the discomfort that teaches us, and the choices that lead to growth.

It's been a while since I posted here! Life got overwhelming, and like many of us do, I put myself at the bottom of the list! Today... I am choosing differently ☺️

One thing I have learned these past months is that checking in with ourselves is not a luxury! It is a necessity! We often push through stress, exhaustion, and responsibilities until we are running on empty, and then we wonder why everything feels so heavy 🙁

Here are a few gentle reminders that helped me get back on track and I hope they will help you too:

🍀 Pause and notice how you feel: mindset starts with awareness; a 30-second check-in can prevent days of overwhelm.

🍀 Give yourself permission to slow down: rest is not a wasted time, it is fuel.

🍀 Set small intentions instead of big pressures: one tiny step forward is till progress.

🍀 Reconnect with what lights you up: when you nurture your passions, your energy shifts and everything feels more possible.

Consider this reminder to breathe, reset, and be gentle to yourself. You deserve this!
