Hi guys Jessica from PK here. Just wanted to officially launch and showcase 3 of our new EXO-Frames ( P6, Lynx-S and Falcon Pro) as well as have a chat about certain long overdue things. Mainly EXO lead times and shipping costs for our American customers.
First of all it's been a little over a year since we launched the EXO lineup and it's been rough... We were stubborn and wanted to offer multi-color TPU despite the tech being not super there yet so we started with a very experimental setups for the farm and results were quite spotty. Since this last year we upgraded the EXO farm 3 times( over 50k sunk into it) but we could never really get ahead of the crazy demand and were constantly trying to launch kits lowkey as to not get swamped. However, recently this changed and I'm happy to report that EXO-Frame lead times will go down DRAMATICALLY! Not only that but the quality of our multicolor products will also improve a TON! We used to be firmly in experimental territory but now you can expect a significant quality increase.
About shipping for US buyers. As some of you may know around last August trade tensions escalated between Canada and US and the "de minimis exemption" was lifted along with tariffs shenanigans. The first few weeks we had trouble adapting but then we ended up soaking all the tariffs and import fees to save you guys from having surprise fees downstream. Unfortunately during that time we had to start shipping with a premium service because the border customs were completely bogged down( lasted months!) and packages were not being processed or billed out the w***o or any number of problems so we had to bypass that bu****it. A few weeks ago we started to offer regular UPS shipping and things ran smoothly again so I'm very happy to report that even though trade tensions still exist we can finally offer more reasonable shipping prices again! So yeah thank ou so much to everyone who kept supporting us and being quite patient despite these rough times I love you guys!
