Bilingual Graphic Designer - commercial printing graphics and layout work

Job Summary

Ongoing updating, modifying and editing existing client materials. As well as conceptualizing and developing comprehensive layouts for Flyers, Catalogues, Menus and POP material. The graphic designer will determine the text, artwork, colors, file types and formats to produce materials that are aligned with the customer’s requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Prioritizing daily workflow to meet needs, tight deadlines and challenges while managing a high volume of various projects.
• Flyer production, brochures, ads, signage and various other print materials.
• Ensuring the project is created to specification and produce proofs for approval.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree (or work experience equivalent) in Graphic Design.
• Minimum 3 year experience as a Graphic Designer with print experience.
• Bilingual (spoken and written): French and English fluency, Greek is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and QuarkXPress on a Mac Operating System.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills, ability to perform under pressure and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Results-Oriented with a truly positive attitude.
• Must have a portfolio demonstrating print talent and skills.

Infographiste Bilingue - des travaux d'aménagement commercial et l'impression de graphiques.

Résumé de l'emploi

La mise à jour, la modification et la correction des documents existants des clients. Ainsi que la conceptualisation et du développement de mises en page complètes pour les brochures, catalogues, menus et PLV. Le graphiste devra déterminer les textes, illustrations, couleurs, types et formats de fichiers pour produire des matériaux qui sont alignés avec les exigences des clients et des normes de l'entreprise.

Les responsabilités comprennent, mais ne se limitent pas à:

• Gérer le travail quotidien pour répondre aux besoins et respecter des échéanciers serrés tout en gérant un volume élevé de divers projets.
• La production de brochures, annonces, des affiches et divers autres matériaux d'impression.
• Assurer le projet est créé conformément aux spécifications et de produire des preuves pour approbation.

Qualifications:

• Diplôme d'études postsecondaires ou un diplôme (ou expérience de travail équivalente) en graphisme.
• Un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience comme graphiste ainsi que de l’expérience en impression.
• Bilingue (parlé et écrit): maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, le grec est un atout.
• Connaissance solide d'Adobe CC (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop) et Quark Xpress d’un système d'exploitation Mac.
• Esprit d'analyse, habiletés interpersonnelles et de communication.
• Forte compétences en résolution de problème, capacité à travailler sous pression et les compétences de leadership démontrées.
