You’re not stuck because you can’t make more money.

You’re stuck because…
👉 part of you doesn’t trust what comes with it.



I was working with a client recently.

On paper, her business could generate:
• $40,000/month
• $240,000 over the next 6 months

One part alone could bring in $180,000.

Right now?

👉 It was producing nothing.



Her response?

“It doesn’t feel realistic.”



That wasn’t about the numbers.

It was about what felt:
• safe
• familiar
• believable



Because if your system is used to:
• chaos
• pressure
• constantly putting out fires

Then even when opportunity shows up…

👉 you stay busy… instead of moving forward.



And here’s the shift most people miss:

It’s not about making more money.

For most people, it’s not “more.”

The real reason your body won’t slow down

Many people believe they struggle with rest because they’re lazy, undisciplined, or doing it wrong.

But for many nervous systems, slowing down was once unsafe.

In this video, I share a reflection from recent coaching sessions about why some bodies resist stillness, and why rest doesn’t have to mean sitting still or doing nothing.

If you grew up being watched, corrected, or yelled at when you stopped moving, your body may have learned that staying active was safer than resting.

This isn’t a failure.
It’s adaptation.

This video is an invitation to rethink what rest actually looks like for your nervous system, and to begin honoring the kind of rest that feels safe for you.
