Human capital at the heart of performance in Abidjan

Since 28 September, our Abidjan training centre has been welcoming professionals from Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire and the Democratic Republic of the Congo for our Human Resources Management and Human Capital Development seminar.

Over 10 days, participants are engaging in discussions, sharing experiences and taking part in practical activities to strengthen key skills in mobilising teams, developing talent and contributing to organisational performance.

A great dynamic of learning and international collaboration continues for a few more days in Abidjan!

Le capital humain au cœur de la performance à Abidjan 🇨🇮

Depuis le 28 septembre, notre centre de formation d’Abidjan accueille des professionnels du Burkina Faso, de la Côte d’Ivoire et de la République démocratique du Congo dans le cadre du séminaire Gestion des ressources humaines et développement du capital humain.

Pendant 10 jours, échanges, partage d’expériences et mises en pratique permettent aux participants de renforcer leurs compétences pour mobiliser les équipes, valoriser les talents et contribuer à la performance de leurs organisations.
Une belle dynamique d’apprentissage et de collaboration internationale qui se poursuit encore quelques jours à Abidjan !

Une première semaine bien remplie à Montréal !

Voilà déjà une semaine que notre cohorte internationale a débuté le séminaire Gestion axée sur les résultats (GAR) et mesure de la performance dans notre centre de formation de Montréal !

Venus du Brésil, du Cameroun, du Ghana, du Kenya et de la Papouasie–Nouvelle-Guinée, nos participants ont consacré cette première semaine à approfondir leurs connaissances, à partager leurs expériences et à échanger autour de leurs différentes réalités professionnelles.

Et parce que l’expérience SETYM se vit aussi en dehors de la salle de formation, ils ont également eu l’occasion de découvrir un peu plus le Canada ! Au programme : une sortie en bateau à Montréal ainsi qu’une visite d’Ottawa, notre capitale nationale.

Une première semaine riche en apprentissages, en échanges et en découvertes, dans une belle dynamique de groupe.

Il leur reste maintenant cinq jours de formation pour poursuivre le programme, approfondir les différents volets de la gestion axée sur les résultats et profiter encore un peu de leur séjour à Montréal.

A busy first week in Montreal!

It has already been a week since our international cohort began the Results-Based Management (RBM) and Performance Measurement seminar at our Montreal Training Centre!

Joining us from Brazil, Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya and Papua New Guinea, our participants have spent their first week strengthening their knowledge, sharing their experiences and exchanging perspectives on the different professional realities they encounter in their respective contexts.

And because the SETYM experience also extends beyond the training room, they have had the opportunity to discover more of Canada along the way! Their programme has included a boat trip in Montreal as well as a visit to Ottawa, Canada’s capital.

It has been a rewarding first week filled with learning, meaningful exchanges and new discoveries, all within a great group dynamic.

With five more days of training ahead, our participants will continue exploring the different aspects of results-based management while making the most of their time in Montreal.

Le PDG de SETYM International M. BENNOUNA, a eu le plaisir d’accueillir la délégation de l’ONEPP, conduite par son Directeur général, M. Mohamed Lamine KEITA.

Cette visite a été l’occasion d’échanger sur le potentiel de collaboration entre SETYM International et l’ONEPP et d’explorer les possibilités de rapprochement entre nos deux institutions.

Institutional Meeting at SETYM International

SETYM International’s CEO, Mr BENNOUNA, was pleased to welcome a delegation from ONEPP, led by its Director General, Mr Mohamed Lamine KEITA.

The visit provided an opportunity to discuss the potential for collaboration between SETYM International and ONEPP and to explore opportunities for closer cooperation between our two institutions.

A fantastic start to our very first London session!

Since 24 August, SETYM International has been delivering its first-ever training session in London with the seminar “Leadership: Managing Teams to Achieve Change”, which will run until 4 September.

And what a wonderful first experience it has been so far! Our participants are engaged, enthusiastic and delighted to be taking part in this training programme in such a dynamic international city.

The programme explores leadership, change management, communication, decision-making, team engagement and effective management practices.

A great group dynamic has developed from the very first days, and we are delighted to see our participants making the most of both the training and their time in London.

Une première session londonienne qui démarre en beauté !

Depuis le 24 août, SETYM International tient sa toute première session de formation à Londres avec le séminaire « Leadership: Managing Teams to Achieve Change », qui se poursuivra jusqu’au 4 septembre.

Et cette première expérience londonienne se déroule à merveille ! Nos participants sont engagés, enthousiastes et particulièrement heureux de vivre cette formation dans une destination aussi dynamique que Londres.

Au programme : leadership, gestion du changement, communication, prise de décision, mobilisation des équipes et développement de pratiques de management efficaces.

Une très belle énergie s’est installée dès les premiers jours, et nous sommes ravis de voir nos participants profiter pleinement de cette première session à Londres, tant sur le plan professionnel qu’humain.

Une belle façon d’inaugurer cette nouvelle destination dans le réseau international de SETYM !
