A fantastic start to our very first London session!

Since 24 August, SETYM International has been delivering its first-ever training session in London with the seminar “Leadership: Managing Teams to Achieve Change”, which will run until 4 September.

And what a wonderful first experience it has been so far! Our participants are engaged, enthusiastic and delighted to be taking part in this training programme in such a dynamic international city.

The programme explores leadership, change management, communication, decision-making, team engagement and effective management practices.

A great group dynamic has developed from the very first days, and we are delighted to see our participants making the most of both the training and their time in London.

A brilliant way to launch this new destination within SETYM International’s global training network!

Une première session londonienne qui démarre en beauté !

Depuis le 24 août, SETYM International tient sa toute première session de formation à Londres avec le séminaire « Leadership: Managing Teams to Achieve Change », qui se poursuivra jusqu’au 4 septembre.

Et cette première expérience londonienne se déroule à merveille ! Nos participants sont engagés, enthousiastes et particulièrement heureux de vivre cette formation dans une destination aussi dynamique que Londres.

Au programme : leadership, gestion du changement, communication, prise de décision, mobilisation des équipes et développement de pratiques de management efficaces.

Une très belle énergie s’est installée dès les premiers jours, et nous sommes ravis de voir nos participants profiter pleinement de cette première session à Londres, tant sur le plan professionnel qu’humain.

Une belle façon d’inaugurer cette nouvelle destination dans le réseau international de SETYM !

Dix jours de formation, d’échanges… et de bonne humeur à Paris !

Depuis le 17 août, nos participants sont réunis à Paris pour le séminaire « Gestion de projet assistée par l’IA : de la planification à l’exécution », qui se poursuit jusqu’au 28 août.

Au programme : dix jours pour intégrer concrètement l’IA à la gestion de projet, de la planification à la gestion des risques, en passant par l’analyse des données et l’automatisation de certaines tâches.

Mais l’expérience SETYM, c’est aussi tout ce qui se passe autour de la formation : des échanges spontanés, des discussions passionnées, de beaux moments de complicité...

Une ambiance conviviale qui fait toute la différence et qui permet d’apprendre, de partager ses expériences et de créer des liens avec des professionnels venus de différents horizons.

La formation continue à Paris… et la bonne humeur aussi !

Training programmes successfully completed in Istanbul!

From 10 to 21 August, SETYM International had the pleasure of welcoming professionals from Burundi, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire and the Democratic Republic of the Congo to Istanbul for two training programmes:

🔹 Developing Your Leadership: Key Practices and Skills

These two weeks were dedicated not only to strengthening professional skills, but also to exchanging experiences, sharing good practices and building connections between professionals from different backgrounds.

Fin de formation à Istanbul !

Du 10 au 21 août, SETYM International a eu le plaisir d’accueillir à Istanbul des professionnels venus du Burundi, du Cameroun, de la Côte d’Ivoire et de la République démocratique du Congo dans le cadre de deux séminaires :

🔹 Suivi-évaluation des projets et programmes
🔹 Développer son leadership : pratiques et compétences clés

Deux semaines consacrées au renforcement des compétences, mais aussi aux échanges d’expériences, au partage de pratiques et aux rencontres entre professionnels provenant de différents horizons.

Ten days of training, exchanges… and good spirits in Paris!

Since 17 August, our participants have been gathered in Paris for the training seminar “AI-Assisted Project Management: From Planning to Implementation”, which runs until 28 August.

Over ten days, participants are exploring how to integrate AI into project management in practical ways, from planning and risk management to data analysis and the automation of certain tasks.

But the SETYM experience is also about everything that happens beyond the training itself: spontaneous exchanges, lively discussions, great moments of camaraderie… and, clearly, plenty of laughter!

A warm and friendly atmosphere that makes all the difference, providing opportunities to learn, share experiences and build connections with professionals from a wide range of backgrounds.

The training continues in Paris… and so do the good spirits!

🇨🇩 Une nouvelle formation sur mesure est en cours à Marrakech ! 🇲🇦

Depuis le lundi 10 août, SETYM International accueille à son centre de Marrakech un groupe de professionnels de la Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) de la République Démocratique du Congo, issus de la Direction des Affaires Juridiques.

⚖️ Dispensée par M. Sabin Ouellet, cette formation porte sur le contentieux fiscal en phase juridictionnelle : avis juridique, maîtrise du risque et gestion par résultats.

À travers cette formation spécialisée, les participants approfondissent leurs connaissances et renforcent leurs pratiques en matière de gestion des contentieux d’ordre administratif et judiciaire.

🌍 Ce mandat illustre l’accompagnement sur mesure offert par SETYM International aux institutions publiques afin de répondre à leurs besoins spécifiques de renforcement des capacités et de développement des compétences.

A new tailor-made training course is underway in Marrakech!

Since Monday, 10 August, SETYM International has been welcoming a group of professionals from the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, from the Direction des Affaires Juridiques, at its training centre in Marrakech.

Delivered by Mr Sabin Ouellet, this specialised training course focuses on tax litigation at the judicial stage: legal opinions, risk management and results-based management.

Throughout the training, participants are deepening their knowledge and strengthening their professional practices in the management of administrative and judicial disputes.

This assignment reflects SETYM International’s tailor-made approach to supporting public institutions, with training programmes designed to address their specific capacity-building and professional development needs.

We wish all participants and Mr Sabin Ouellet an excellent training experience!
