When I am told I can’t meditate , I smile.
Last night was round 4 of in person meditation class.
I googled synonyms of meditation
Here is what came up …

The meditation class online start this Monday April 8,

Anxiety is at a record high , learning tools to master your mind set might come at the right time for you right now.

Classes are on zoom , with a replay available and a private Facebook group .
12 weeks program
5 pm est

This being the 4 th round , I love how the course expand , every round it became more
