We are seeking a professional cleaner to perform a variety of light cleaning duties. This individual will be in charge of maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of businesses and their facilities . A Cleaner makes sure an office space and/or building is well-maintained and clean of any dust or dirt. A Cleaner also replenishes toiletries and supplies, such as paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper in the bathroom. Cleaners adhere to tasks specifically designed for a business. He/She should be punctual, have a positive attitude, the ability to learn, the ability to work as a team and have a eye for detail.
Important duties for the job and responsibilities needed as a Cleaner include:
-Dusting and cleaning/disinfecting of surface areas
-Performs general sweeping, and mopping of all types of flooring
-Vacuuming of carpets and runners
-Taking out trash/recycling from bins and containers
-Cleaning furniture and room accessories
-Cleaning/scrubbing sinks, basins, toilets
-Cleaning interior windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
-Maintaining and up keeping the cleaning equipment, supplies, and products used
-Keeping all spaces neat and tidy
-Reporting repairs, and replacements needed when on the job
Cleaner qualifications:
-Ability to follow verbal directions
-Ability to work alone, or with a partner or with a team
-Punctual
-Adaptability and flexibility to a change in routine or schedule
- Integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness to be left to work independently
-Ability to complete physically demanding tasks and lift 20-30 pounds
-General knowledge of cleaning products and techniques for cleaning
-Previous experience is a plus! Training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: $19.74-$20.55 per hour
